"Ms. Judy Lee founded JC Horizon Ltd. in 1996 and has led the company as President, establishing it as a leading exporter of recycled materials from North America to the Asia Pacific region.
A pioneer in sustainable resource management, Judy revolutionized China's paper industry in the 1980s by introducing waste paper recycling as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional straw-based paper production.
Judy is warm, caring and inspiring. She devotes herself to charity, church and community services. Every year, Judy will make charity contribution to a church, the Home of Christ in Los Angeles, which is co-founded by Judy's father, Mr. Pearson Lee. Judy is also actively involved in the development of city of Ontario (where JC Horizon is located). She wants to help the city develop, grow with the city together and bring more businesses and working opportunities into Ontario. One of her current projects is a proposed five-star hotel in Ontario.
